SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDERS
Orders placed will be fulfilled immediately and are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of order date.  Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.  Please contact eloisa@thewolfnest.com for international orders. 
Dog bed orders for pillows & inserts are shipped with the insert in a vacuum sealed bag to prevent wrinkling of your pillow cover and reduce shipping costs. Upon receipt, simply remove the insert from the vacuum bag and place it inside your pillow cover. Please consider the environment and reuse your vacuum bag to store off season clothing and bedding to reduce waste.
 
RETURNS

The Wolf Nest accepts returns or exchanges on full priced domestic orders within 7 days of the order date.  Full priced merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or exchanged as store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Returned merchandise must be unused in original condition, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, The Wolf Nest reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

As your pillow is made with one-of-a-kind textiles, any imperfections on the fabric, color, stitching, etc. are considered normal and unique, and are not grounds for return.

To return or exchange an item please email eloisa@thewolfnest.com with the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE.  In your email include your order #, item(s) for return, and reason for the return.

 

RETURN SHIPPING
Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 7 days of return authorization for the package to be accepted. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us.
