SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDERS

Orders placed will be fulfilled immediately and are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of order date.  Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable.  Please contact eloisa@thewolfnest.com for international orders.
 

RETURNS

The Wolf Nest accepts returns on domestic orders within 14 days of the order date.  We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or to store credit in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.

Returned merchandise must be unused in original condition, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, The Wolf Nest reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

As your pillow is made with one-of-a-kind textiles, any imperfections on the fabric, color, stitching, etc. are considered normal and unique, and are not grounds for return. 

To return an item please email eloisa@thewolfnest.com with the subject line RETURN.  In your email include your order #, item(s) for return, and reason for the return.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please note that we do not issue prepaid return shipping labels, and you will be responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 14 days of return authorization for the package to be accepted. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us.
